The Musical Spanish program, originally designed for preschoolers, has been modified by Miss Lili to now teach from preschool to elementary students. It’s a unique language learning experience where Miss Lili teaches Spanish through music, repetition, and dynamic engagement.
Students of all ages get hooked on Spanish with a variety of engaging activities:
Diverse Learning Tools: Beyond music and repetition, Miss Lili incorporates games, puppets, toys, books, and crafts to make learning fun and multi-sensory.
Personalized Pace: Classes are tailored to the ever-changing inclinations of students, allowing them to learn at their own pace and maximizing their absorption of the language.
Comprehensive Vocabulary: Small class sizes allow students to learn far beyond just the basics. The curriculum covers a wide range of topics, from vocabulary words to conversational topics.
Cultural Immersion: Miss Lili brings her Mexican culture into the classroom, sharing traditions like Día de los Muertos in November and Las Posadas in December. This cultural exchange enriches the learning experience and provides a deeper understanding of the language in context.
Native Accent Development: For younger learners, especially, the program focuses on developing a native Spanish accent. Research shows that children are best able to learn the proper intonation and accents during the first years of their lives, ensuring a natural-sounding accent rather than an American one
