Musical Spanish is a language program which was developmentally created for toddlers and preschoolers. It is unique in the way Miss Lili teaches Spanish through music, repetition, and dynamic engagement. Additionally, children get hooked into Spanish with varied games, puppets, toys, books and crafts. Children learn at their own pace and the classes are tailored to the ever-changing inclinations of the children to maximize their absorption.
Small classes are ideal as it allows children to learn far beyond the basics—everything from emotions to clothes, the seasons to body parts, transportation to farm animals and so much more. Miss Lili also likes to bring her Mexican culture to the classroom and share traditions such as Dia de los Muertos in November, las Posadas in December.
Critically at this age, your child will develop the language with a proper accent, that is to say a native Mexican Spanish accent rather than an American accent. Research shows that children can only learn the intonation and accents the first years of their lives.
